Would anyone ever understand the humiliation, the guilt, the pain that you feel when you hear those deafening words from the one person you never want to hear it from. 

"I don’t want an ungrateful bitch of a daughter like you," 

"You’re the stupidest person I know," 

"You’re better off being dead." 

Would anyone ever understand how it feels to lie in bed every night not being able to sleep until your tears weigh your lids down. Would anyone ever understand that your low self worth stems from a psychological response your mind conjures up because these words you hear slowly eat away at you. 

The answer is: No. 

No one will ever understand exactly how it feels because they are not you. And you never expect them to understand either because you are two different people who live separate lives. //
